Jules Lancee Samantha Cristoforetti International Space Station The coolest thing is that she is not only scheduled to take command of the #Exp68 , but also the fact that she's a 'dreamer', i.e. one of the top 28 most influential people in Europe, at least according to the #PoliticoEurope news organization.

With the undocking of the Soyuz 67S spacecraft and crew from International Space Station, it marks the end of the 195 day Expedition 67 mission. Well done Exp67 crew and good luck to Exp68 commander Samantha Cristoforetti and crew!

Samantha Cristoforetti will follow on Crew-4. She is already in training for her second flight.

She was on station for 200 days during Exp42/43 and flown to and from ISS on Soyuz TMA-15M.

She will be ISS-CDR for Exp68 and will end 18 months of a continus European presence on ISS.
