Our team is gathered in Normandie today to present the concepts of #ICZM and #MSP to the students of Le Havre University🎓and make these future engineers aware of integrated approaches and environmental issues 🌊🪢

Few slides we couldn’t show. The ICZM Plan for Maldives has 6 Zones and it seems like Zone2 and Zone3 has the lowest elevation, while having the largest reef to land ratio. We are also 0.3% land and need to reclaim land for our development while also protecting our coastal zones.

Workshops were held for the ICZM within the project enhancing adaptation to climate change #eccadp in cairo, in the presence of technical groups from the authorities concerned with the affairs of coastal zone management.
