Minor salivary gland tumor. Looks very similar to IPMN of the pancreas. While benign pancreatic ducts do not have p40+ basal cells and salivary ducts do, this salivary gland tumor is negative for p40 #ENTpath

膵嚢胞の結果ですが、IPMN（分枝型)らしく、今のところ１センチくらいの大きさで悪性とかではないらしい。半年後に再検査、半年で癌になる場合もありますと。膵嚢胞ができた50人に1人が癌になる、と怖いことも言われました。もやもやする。完全に安心！って訳にはいかなかったなぁ。
