It’s official, #NoA in the house!!! Excited to announce the #kimmeylab has received 5 years of #grantfunding funding via a #R35 #MIRA award from NIH NIGMS to study interactions between microbes and vertebrate #circadian #clock ! I am so excited to SCIENCE!!!!! #microbiology ♥️

Honored to have been selected as a #SloanFellow ! With this funding we’ll investigate how invasive S. pneumoniae infections (sepsis and meningitis) affects neural circadian rhythms. ⏰🧠🧫🐟😷
