MOGAD NEUROPATHOLOGY🧠🔬
1) Confluent pattern around small veins.
2) Oligodendrocytes are variably lost in all three diseases, while in MOGAD, progenitor cells are preserved.
3) Perivascular complement deposition is much less but stained on myelinated fibers.
