A #landmine incident occurred in Marzili village of #Aghdam region. Vidadi Huseynov lost his way while driving a grader and hit an anti-tank mine in an area not cleared of landmines. As a result of the incident, Vidadi Huseynov was injured on his right hand.

Because #landmines can be transported by a flooded river anywhere from several meters to dozens of kilometres, the clearance area can easily enlarge exponentially if landmines are washed down from existing and confirmed mined sites.
