Valuable conversations today at #NDMUN27 in #Geneva with mine action partners.

My message: small farmers and rural families are the bedrock of 🇺🇦's agriculture, which feeds the world -but are held back by the fear of mines and UXO.

We need all possible partners to support them.

Our IM Special Advisor Mohammad Qasim presented at #NDMUN27 on how beneficial online GIS can be for #MineAction organisations, based on NPA experience & collaborative approach:

Over three days #NDMUN27 , participants from across the globe have united to address pressing issues collectively, aiming to fortify mine action efforts and mitigate risks for the 60 million people affected by mines and #EO in over 60 countries and territories worldwide.

On the #NDMUN27 , #LibMAC chaired the Arabic Breakout Group of the “National Directors Day” session. Participants emphasized the importance of #IMSMA_Core as a relevant tool for data collection, processing, and sharing mine action information.
