Chief Justice Alfonse C. Owiny - Dollo emphasized the purpose of the #NationalCourtOpenDay2024 , 'to allow attendees to assess Judiciary Uganda & suggest improvements.'
He noted the presence of Heads & Managers from various courts present, listening to concerns & challenges for better justice.
However, Hon. Norbert Mao Ministry of Justice and Constitutional Affairs
also stressed that alongside accountability, there must be a drive for meaningful change within the sector.
