Thinking about two things on #NativeWomensEqualPay Day:
(1) it is a disgrace and an abject *policy* failure that it takes Native women until OCTOBER to make as much as white men did last year
(2) Covid and the wholly inadequate policy response is surely deepening the disparity

We don’t have equal opportunity to financial success due to workplace discrimination.
We lose out on $1,035,360 over the course of their career.
We earn .60cents for every dollar that their white male counterparts earn.
We demand Native equity!
