I graduated with a master’s degree in journalism on Friday and screened my documentary yesterday!! It feels like just yesterday I was freaking out about missing the application deadline and trying to perfect my applicant essay. Man how time flies #newmarkj22

Yesterday I earned my MA from the Newmark J-School, with a focus on health & science reporting & audio! More than anything, I’m proud of myself for switching career paths to one that aligns with my values and indulges my curiosities. The hard work is always worth it🎓 #NewmarkJ22

Still can’t believe I graduated from Newmark J-School yesterday as a part of the #NewmarkJ22 . I’m so grateful to have met and learned from Lam Thuy Vo Greg David @thecity Ben Casselman Bowdeya Tweh as well as my classmates, other faculty and wonderful staff including Maximo Patiño.
