🛡 Hello! Our project draws its inspiration from the ancient German myth, 'Nibelungenlied.' This is the beginning of a legend, a path paved with miracles and challenges.

“All around the flowers were wetted with the blood
As there with death he struggled. Yet not for long he could,
Because the deadly weapon had cut him all too sore:
And soon the keen and noble knight was doomed to speak no more.”

This is the ultimate gothic house. You spend one afternoon here and you’ll compose a german opera and be reciting the Nibelungenlied from memory.

Anyone casting aspersions on Tolkien's character because he was a fan of Wagner's Ring cycle in his youth needs to shut up.

No, its not 'guilt by association' with the N*zis. He just loved the Nibelungenlied. So much so, he wrote his own version.

This looks awfully like we are approaching Götterdämmerung. Read the Nibelungenlied. It explains everything. More on this from me perhaps

4. The Nibelungenlied, 1200

A potent tale of murder and vengeance that draws upon early Germanic myths. The protagonist Siegfried is caught in a quarrel between his true love and a queen, resulting in his demise. It’s been compared to the Iliad in sheer scope and craft.
