In our latest preprint we use #PhiPSeq to characterize the antibody repertoire of ~1,400 Dutch Lifelines participants against 300,000 peptides belonging to microbial and environmental antigens.

Patients with IBD showed particular IgG-coating of #Streptococcus , #Lactococcus and #Lactobacillus , but also overlap in responses with controls. Further study into the exact antigenic nature of these antibody reactivities is needed (e.g. using #PhIPSeq : doi.org/10.1101/2021.1…)
