NYPA resumed work on its $107M statewide sensor deployment program – a multi-phase program that began in 2017, aimed at installing state-of-the-art sensors to increase situational awareness and more closely monitor the health of generation & transmission assets. #RestartSmart
Bellevue Hospital is getting a little brighter, thanks to new #LED lighting & an air handling unit (AHU) refurbishment. The NYC Health + Hospitals project to replace ~28K lights, ~2,500 occupancy sensors & the AHU refurbishment will cut #GHG emissions by 2,100+ tons p/yr. #RestartSmart
A $4.6M district-wide #energyefficiency project w/ Williamsville CSD will lead to annual savings of $270K+ & a #GHG reduction of ~1,600 tons per year. Upgrades include interior/exterior lighting improvements, hydronic piping & control modifications and sub-metering. #RestartSmart
Under a NYPA, New York State Dept. of Environmental Conservation and NYSERDA partnership, 7 #electricbus charging units will be installed in Tompkins County. NYPA will install a 1.5 MVA transformer capable of supplying a total of 12 units, allowing for future expansion. #RestartSmart
