Another stop by #QT53 #RoadCrimeTeam driver had no insurance, no tax 5 children and 2 adults in the car none properly restrained and tested positive for cannabis! 🤦‍♂️

This van was stopped by our #RoadCrimeTeam of Essex Roads Policing in #Rayleigh as the driver was using his mobile phone, however the vehicle was also found to have no insurance.
Vehicle seized and the driver reported to court for both offences.
