1-CALL TO ACTION!
Can I get a head count in comments of people willing to write an email complaint to FDA/HHS, and/or call them regarding opioid medication shortages?
Might be good to have a week at most window for impact.

If people who are ill and injured didn't suffer from trauma before, most do now.
All thanks to the all out assault by our Federal Government on patients in pain and the providers who DARE treat them with effective medicines.

Being treated for pain w/opiates does not cause addiction.
Why?
Because drugs don't cause addiction.
Greta is sadly parroting the fear mongering PROPaganda that has been being spoon fed to the public for far too long.

When the FDA changed the laws it scared all of my Drs & my meds were taken away. This has caused me to be housebound, I no longer can drive & has exacerbated my symptoms greatly. I now suffer daily & depend on family for normal everyday tasks.

I agree 100%. I too am a chronic pain patient. I was on RX opioids for 14 years with zero complications. I took them exactly as prescribed, seen my Drs as advised & was able to live a more normal life because of them. I always said they make me normal.

“The Pain Refugees,” by Brian Goldstone, is an excellent read. The author delves deeply into the lives of pain patients now destroyed by losing their effective medication. harpers.org/archive/2018/0…
