This year, ONE DC is partnering with Serve Your City/Ward 6 Mutual Aid Pan-African Community Action (PACA) and Claudia Jones School for Political Education to commemorate Emancipation Day with a community learning event led by historian Bill Fletcher Jr. We will be learning about the Palestinian struggle and its connection to Black struggle in the US
