It has been an absolute privilege to be team lead this week for the RARP RPIW, working alongside such a great team who demonstrated passion, and openness as they used the UHCWi methodology to generate ideas for the future state, ultimately improving the patient experience.

It has been a privilege to be part of my first RPIW this week with MEBS, I look forward to seeing how the work progresses following a great week.
