The govt's 'final offer' does not improve teachers' working conditions or students' learning conditions. It also leaves the door open to the Saskatchewan Party to continue privatizing education (which they will) leading to greater inequities. We deserve better.

Saskatchewan Teachers' Federation since I have entered the teaching profession we have lost 9.5% of our purchasing power based on contacts vs CPI.
This is ontop of the increase to my workload due to class size and composition and more and more students filling my classroom.

Worth a listen. Interesting that people who rightly think teachers should vote no are more well informed. People saying we should vote yes didn't understand class complexity or know the SSBA is on the govt bargaining team. There is money. It's about priorities. #VoteNo #WeAreSTF

So, if the agreement falls over ten million short for one school division (not even accounting for previous cuts), how much short is that for all divisions? I'm going to say about the $400 million the STF has been saying all along.
