#AusAirForce deployed a C-27J Spartan to the Defence Pacific Air Program in 🇵🇬 to provide airlift support to the PNG government. #YourADF had the opportunity to train and fly into remote highland airfields, transport #PNGDF personnel and supplies, and support HADR operations.🇦🇺✈️

#YourADF conducted a ceremonial parade at Lavarack Barracks, Townsville, last week to commemorate the 73rd anniversary of the Battle of Kapyong. The battle, fought from April 22 to 25, 1951, is regarded as the most important battle of Australian troops in the Korean War. #AusArmy

25 years on family, friends and aviators from 19SQN, 6SQN and 82WG have visited the crash site memorial to commemorate the loss of two of our finest. 🙏
