There are 2 companies in California, Good Meat and Upside Foods, funded by Bill Gates that are cultivating this “meat” in bioreactors.

The algae already grows happily all over Serbia, so it's not introducing a foreign plant to the ecosystem. And using plants as bioreactors in this way could be a much more sustainable tech solution to a lot of climate change issues. This is a renewable resource 😍 (12/14)
