Second time trying weighted dips. Managed to add 50kg/110lbs on top of my BW sitting at 75kg (165lbs). Making use of a lot more bodyweight exercises with progressive overload instead of just machine/bb or db work. πŸ’ͺ

Unpopular opinion:

Once you get your squat and deadlift to 1.75-2x your bodyweight

There's no real point pushing these big lifts further

Injury risk is high, ROI is very low
