Ideas for better ? Those relying on you to deliver justice must have confidence in the process. Eg, Complainants shouldn't have to take court action to force withdrawal of Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman legally flawed report as #WASPI Campaign had to do.

A tip for better - 'learn from your mistakes'. Eg, Maladministration found but Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman makes such a pig's ear that report is withdrawn under legal challenge. So more delays & justice delayed is justice denied. #WASPI Campaign
