Taking medications for obesity, hypertension or type 2 diabetes will NOT fix your obesity, hypertension or type 2 diabetes because you cannot come off those meds without consequences.

Fixing your diet WILL fix the root cause and allow you to come off most if not all meds.

People living with diabetes should avoid eating:

- Wheat

- Rice

- Maize flour

- Fruits and juices

- Grains

These foods worsen the problem and consequently lead to kidney failure or blindness.

Serious question:

Why do you think the general public is so quick to defend ultra-processed foods?

It seems obvious that they are a huge contributing factor (if not the biggest!) to skyrocketing rates of obesity, type II diabetes, dementia, heart disease, etc. in the U.S.

Carbs can cause many health problems.

I shares why it’s important that we eliminate most of our carbs consumption. This helps defeating various diseases like cancer, diabetes, or to simply lose weight.

One of the most underutilized simple blood tests is a VITAMIN D LEVEL (ordered as 25-hydroxy-vitamin D)

I also recommend it a lot in my diabetes reversal advice, because having a good vitamin D level is needed for optimal metabolic function.
