Well, I had Stage 1 Endometrial Cancer, it was caught early on. My Endometrium was too thick, I think it was 14 mm, and the internal lining was heterogeneous. Luckily, it was localized to a small area, so my surgery removed it entirely!

it is rare, but c¡s men can absolutely get endometriosis. There is no known cause for endometriosis, and while we do have some ideas, it’s not about what organs you have - it’s about endometrial-like tissue growing in places OUTSIDE OF THE UTERUS. I had endo on my ureters!

Endometriosis is not in the uterus. By the very definition, it is literally endometrial-like tissue OUTSIDE OF THE UTERUS.

You do not need a uterus to suffer from endometriosis. Read a Wikipedia or something
