I couldn't get the phone out of my pocket and its camera switched on fast enough, to get close up footage.๐Ÿ˜” But did eventually manage to catch one of our pond residents swimming across the surface with food. That's just made my morning. Jo Cartmell #RewildTheEarth ๐Ÿƒ๐Ÿ’š๐Ÿƒ

A flock of Goldfinches are in our garden feeding on the seed heads of last year's flowering plants. Insects are hibernating amongst them too. There are SO many benefits to wildlife when you don't cut the stems and seed heads back till the following spring

Chives are a brilliant plant, easy to grow and productive. The edible flowers are a great source of nectar for pollinators too, whatโ€™s not to like? ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ’œ

Thank you so much Kate Bradbury ๐Ÿณ๏ธโ€๐ŸŒˆ for inspiring me to make a wildlife pond in my garden. I had the most amazing experience today of watching a Hawker Dragonfly emerging.

A Western Bluebird pair moved in. Other visitors: native mice, snakes, raccoons, opossum, skunk, fox, hawks, bats, squirrels, lizards, and more. I enjoy them. They donโ€™t mind me being here. forwildlife

Juvenile robin seemed very pleased that I decided to prune the Japanese quince in my front garden, shaking out lots of insects in the process. It was hopping around less than 1m from my feet! โฆBTO Garden BirdWatchโฉ โฆJoel Ashtonโฉ

Do you need some luck today? Here you are!

A lucky day watercolor painting - four-leaved clover in vibrant shades of green and a little red or ladybird.

Hello BAS
Are these both missing sector orb-weavers, zygiella x-notata?
I have lots of them every year, favouring the (outside; pictures taken from inside) top corners of windows.
