'Raw Banana' fry (Maharashtrian style)
Recipe: Boil raw banana with salt. In a pan add oil, Hing, Garlic Green Chilli minced, cook for 2 min, add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, boiled banana and crushed peanuts. Mix well, cook for another 1 min, it's done.

ଆମ୍ବ ବୁଟ ଛେଚା (Aamba Buta Chhecha): Soaked Chana dal (4 Hrs in warm water) grated raw mango, ginger, green chilli, Jeera & salt. Coarse grind it, give a tadka of hing, jeera & curry leaves. Mix well & enjoy the delicacy.
