Why you should stop eating 3 hours before bed:

1) Melatonin inhibits insulin production by the pancreas, so a late-night meal = elevated blood glucose

2) It takes ~5 hours to fully digest food. You can't enter 'repair mode' while sleeping if your body is still digesting.

My daughter passed in January.

She born a diabetic she was severely ill when she didn’t have insulin.

Healthcare didn’t provide more due to insurance being switched over from moving states.
