Last Friday night, we worked late to get the NeuroDeep® Microendoscope ready for shipping. It is very rewarding to package something that looks like a real bioimaging instrument already! You can see it in action at Leibniz-Institut für Neurobiologie at German BioImaging's event on intravital microscopy.

Our everyday technique vascular development lab is whole mount imaging of intact tissues to visualize the entire lymphatic vasculature in 3D,fully appreciating its complexity and architecture. In addition to confocal microcopy, we have recently started using intravital multiphoton microscopy.
