I captured some microfilaria in New Methylene Blue (supravital stain) from two different patients.

Supravital staining is a method of staining used in microscopy to examine living cells that have been removed from an organism. It differs from intravital staining.

Last Friday night, we worked late to get the NeuroDeep® Microendoscope ready for shipping. It is very rewarding to package something that looks like a real bioimaging instrument already! You can see it in action at Leibniz-Institut für Neurobiologie at German BioImaging's event on intravital microscopy.
