DianaK. 💉💉💉💉 Sara Letztendlich gehe ich normal aufs Klo und „pupse“ dort, in dem ich den JPouch bewusst entleere. Sobald ich Luft ablasse, kommt eben auch immer (recht flüssiger) Stuhl mit raus. Ich kann also nicht Luft und Stuhl voneinander trennen, sondern entleere einfach den Darm/JPouch.
