Last weekend I exhibited ‘Khatam’ at Eastside Projects.

This piece contains a hand printed mount encased in an image that I took in my village in Azad Kashmir.

The artwork reflects my love for community in South Asian spaces and repeat pattern work.

Second attempt at linoprinting with Herbert West - it didn't come out great but it was helpful both as a learning experience and because the act of carving is exactly the kind of manual, repetitive distraction that's good right now.
