Found some interesting stuff while clearing out bird boxes today. A noble fasle widow spider, an abandoned blue tits (I think) nest and some bracket fungus. Hope everyone stayed warm today?

A few weeks ago our Wildlife Team rescued a badger that was reported to be trapped in a bin. After some vet treatment and rest, the team were able to release later that day. Many thanks to the school who reported the incident!

It's the first of May which means it's time for a new photo from the WOW archive! This time, it's these three Razorbills taken at the end of May/early June in 2023, South Ronaldsay. ๐Ÿ“ธ

Seeing wonderful footage like this makes it all worth it. Our male, Tomsk, on the left, sharing a food bowl with his lady (of the moment), Violet. Two of three new hedgehogs visiting us so far this year.
