Can’t wait to get in the lab Tuesday with our returning football guys! Going to do some post season testing over the next week. Then spend a few weeks attacking the edges and getting movement mastered. The next six weeks is prep for cycle 1-1 on Jan 9th!

I’ve never had knee/ankle problems in my life. I believe STRENGTH through full ranges of motion is the secret.

ATHLETES: if you don’t want knee/ankle/back pain, stop doing half reps! 🗣 Stop going through the motions in warm ups. Range of motion>weight on the bar
