It’s #NationalCurryWeek so I thought I’d best kick off the week properly
I’ve never actually done a vegetarian friendly curry before but I really enjoyed this Chana Saag Balti using The Balti Bowl Company. The bowl really does elevate the dish.
Do prefer a meat curry but was a nice change!
I know it’s not Friday, but it is National Curry Week, so thought I better get an absolute feast on the go…
