Some fun artifacts in this run. Basically testing out resist + exposure parameters, and the under-exposed samples made some neat geometry.

(This is photoresist with a thick layer of copper sputtered on top, hence the rough grain structure)

The very first successful experiment to make gold microetchings with a dark background. At the top is the etched bare photoresist, bottom where gold was applied in squares and then removed from background similar to how you wax a leg! A good day.

I'm sure this 10nm dense line/space pattern was printed at a dose of 20mJ w/ chemically amplified photoresist. Metal Oxide resist & ESPERT to the rescue! 😆 Sry but it's not a great image. The geometry size is impressive though. First of a kind -- record breaking, all that.
