One of the things you'll see people say is that if a crime occurs, and a vehicle with a license plate visible is recorded on video, surely that closes the case! Why aren't these lazy cops arresting anyone yet??

Upon being stopped by Pennsylvania State Police in 2022, Black drivers were most likely to be searched. Seizure rates similar for RS/PC searches of Black & White drivers but lower for Hispanic drivers. In consent searches, seizure rates much lower for Black and Hispanic drivers.
