If only there were regulations limiting the amount of water tarsands could use.

The absence of any mention of climate change in respect to TMX, and why the export of tarsands diluted bitumen - the highest emissions oil product on the planet - is therefore an issue, fully qualifies the piece as an oil and gas promo, an effort to turn time back to the 1980s.
