It's hard to put into words how spectacular the journey from Keiss to Ullapool was yesterday. Perfect driving conditions (once the fog lifted!).

A fantastic day driving from Keiss to Ullapool. I'll post pictures from that journey tomorrow morning, but tonight I wanted to say a huge thank you to The Dipping Lugger for serving one of the best meals I've ever eaten. It made for a wonderful evening I'll remember for a long time.

Travelled back to Ullapool on the Loch Seaforth on a gorgeous day.

Mel’s Christmas present was a night at the incredible Dipping Lugger in Ullapool. The meal last night was incredible but the poached egg, Chorizo and home made muffin as part of our breakfast was off the charts good!

Wonderful drive from Ullapool to Plockton yesterday. The sight of the Isle of Skye from the coastal road was incredible, whilst the Applecross Pass was one of the steepest roads I've ever been on, making for some amazing views.
