My #WildlifeFrontGarden is only 20sqm. It was designed to include a #wildlife pond , #wildflowermeadow , native trees & shrubs, herbaceous borders, log piles, an insect hotel & hedgerow. I built it one year ago & couldn’t be more pleased with the #wildlife it’s attracting 😍🐸🐝🦋

This is part of the reclaimed brick path I laid last year in my #WildlifeFrontGarden . Since then, Oxeye Daisy, Red Valerian, Self Heal & Meadow Clary have sown themselves naturally into the path from the #wildflowermeadow & I ❤️ them! They won’t be sprayed, mown or dug out.

Absolutely delighted with this evening’s discovery of my first ever Dark-edged bee fly in my #WildlifeFrontGarden . This mini 20sqm #wildlifegarden was only built last year, and is the gift that keeps on giving 😊💚
