Mortal Fools are currently a recipient of The Youth Music Trailblazer fund – this means we are working across different areas of work, to explore & embed music making into our projects & co-creation practice.
We are thrilled that FURD has received a grant from the Youth Music Trailblazer fund.
Soon we'll be hosting music sessions for youth aged 11-18. These will foster teamwork to produce original music. Led by the youth and facilitated by a music industry expert.

Practitioner & musician, Scott Wilson: 'It was great to integrate music making practice into our Inevitable? production, thanks to Youth Music - This funding enabled us to work with a professional Sound Designer & Musician Calum Graeme Howard to co-create a unique show soundtrack.
I enjoy playing with how we can mix music making & theatre co-creation together in our work; I was very proud of what we achieved on “Inevitable? Our confidence as practitioners has grown & I am looking forward to taking this learning into our next project.
