We were back on the Canal at Staniforth Rd/Roundel St working on the towpath towards Shirland Ln for today’s Canal & River Trust Yorkshire and North East session. And there was no rain. Which makes a change!😂

We were back on the path by Salmon Pastures on today’s River Stewardship Co session. 70% chance of rain all day - but that’s also a 30% chance of no rain for the ‘Loopers 😁. + we did see some sun! A kinda ‘glass half full’ day for the Blue Loop volunteers😎

We prepped and edged another stretch of path towards Shirland Lane bridge. 🙏 ‘Loopers! We made progress.
