Today in Harbin 🇨🇳 having visited Grand Farm processing plant, one of the largest beef and lamb processors in Asia. Great opportunity to understand current trends in the market and see a large facility that processes 🇳🇿 product to our largest meat market.

Great to see China’s Minister of Commerce Wang Wentao again – this time in 🇨🇳. We discussed the complementary New Zealand-China trade and economic relationship, including areas of cooperation and shared interest.

Wonderful to open the Riverland pet food manufacturing plant in Christchurch this morning. This is a great example of how trade access to overseas markets creates jobs in New Zealand.
Riverland’s exports are projected to have an export value of over $120 million per year. 💪
