I am still not into cooking but I forced my hand since I defrosted some lovely cod loin out the freezer and I knew I’d not want to waste it. So I made it very simple but tasty cooked in its own juices, lemon and butter and steamed in a paper bag in the with veg. Deeelish!

Cooking with Independence Ark Farm ground chuck. It is quite a bit leaner than I thought. Adding egg yolks or fat, I am getting great results on the cook and it always tastes great. Making spaghetti for the trillionth time. Cheers.
