Discovered butternut squash last year - great in soups. I sowed some seeds about a month ago & not 1 came up so I sowed some more 2 weeks ago. Guess what the 1st batch came up closely followed by the last batch I sowed. I will have to start browsing recipes ready 4 the winter 🎃

Trying to find a recipe to use some more of leftover gammon with, which we have been eating for 3 days now with plenty left and one I found was Ham, Turkey and sprout pie. I think I will give that a miss 😉Any suggestions?
