Warwick's Slice of Science Schools Day

The Department of Statistics supported Warwick's Slice of Science Schools Day offered to widening participation female-identifying year 9 students in the local area.

Tom Leonard (1948-2023)

The department was saddened to hear of the death of Tom Leonard on December 18, 2023. Tom was one of the founding members of staff of the Department in 1972. He was influential in the development of the MORSE degree programme which flourishes to this day.
