Justice Secretary Alex Chalk KC MP has said that a justice system which ensures the innocent walk free is a priority for him.
Andrew Malkinson and APPEAL therefore hope he will act decisively to bring in new leadership at the Criminal Cases Review Commission.

I agree with Andrew Malkinson: 'too little, too late' and I echo his call for Alex Chalk KC MP to bring in new leadership at the CCRC.
How many more people have been let down by the CCRC? I await the review of the service with interest.
