In advance of BBC Panorama I want to say how grateful I am to 3 judges who listened to the arguments I made to be able to do the investigation required to stand up the journalism in this programme + upheld freedom of expression for the families who spoke out and for the media.
I'm speaking at the Women's Aid event tomorrow, marking a year since the harm report. We'll be discussing the developments and the continued concerns with the #familycourt 's response to domestic abuse. Has anything changed one year on?

This is happening globally - I receive messages from all over the world about this happening or beginning to happen elsewhere. It is becoming a global spectrum of misery for survivor families.
