New release of Concrete (and Concrete ML, TFHE-rs and fhEVM!). With approximate PBS to make CIFAR 3x faster. With input compression to make size of cipher text less impactful. With enhanced function composition for even more control-flow. And finally, faster FHE simulations.

Zama's fhEVM v0.4.0 has been released! It introduces new types, asynchronous decryption, and a new package for standard contracts.⬇️
