I'm guessing due to the lack of information this must be a rare painting - it was actually a very very early work of the artist David Shephard. The subject is a former Dambusters Lancaster at Blackbush - more to come ....

Perhaps the most satisfying thing any person can do is master the art of flying a Lightning - at 400 hrs total I only scratched the surface I think the sweet spot would have been around 1200-1500 hrs and I envy those who did - I only achieved 1000 hrs on one type ..but which ?
