With respiratory illnesses rising, yesterday Governor Kathy Hochul & I, joined by Sallie Permar MD PhD, shared the steps to take. As Ashish K. Jha, MD, MPH has said, if everyone eligible gets their updated, bivalent booster (5 years+), we could virtually eliminate COVID deaths: vaccines.gov
