Good news: I hear our local PA apprentices recognised that they needed to do more bookwork, so the uni gave them two reading days a week.

So it's a VERY intensive two year course, but they're only in for 60% of that.

Definitely worth paying them annex 21 of band 6 for that 🫠

The GMC is now consulting on how its regulation of PAs and AAs will work.

The consultation is open to members of the public, and we've produced a short guide to be used by clinicians and patients who are keen to provide views.
